During Fit2Go today, the children learnt how to check their pulse. They did this before and after exercise and noticed what happened. Ask them to tell you what happened to their pulse after they did the circuits.

Acting out scenes from Kridlekrax
We have been reading Kridlekrax by Phillip Ridley in English.
Today the children acted out scenes from the story using the speech that they found in chapter 32. They used the rest of the information in the chapter to come up with their own actions.
Fractions and Decimals
Today the children worked really hard in Maths.
They worked together to match up some one and two decimal place numbers with tenths and hundredths fractions. Sounds tricky doesn't it!
They did a fantastic job.
Our Trip to Park View
4C had a great time at Park view this week. They searched for mini beasts, completed a scavenger hunt, looked inside a working bee hive and even had some time to play together on the park. We would all like to thank the park for the wonderful time we had.
Health and Fitness
The children have started learning about health and fitness with The Blackpool Community Trust.
Last week, they tried dodgeball.
I tried it too, but when the coaches announced that it was double points if you get the teacher, I quickly got caught out!!!
